Comment (Development): STARTED AS A HAULAGE AND EXPLORATION ADIT TO CROSSCUT A SERIES OF NE TRENDING FAULT ZONE.

Comment (Workings): ITS ORIGINAL LENGTH WAS 775 FT. IT WAS CAVED UNTIL 1953. IT WAS REOPENED AND 660 FT WAS CLEARED. SAME VEIN ORIGINALLY MINED FROM SURFACE BY SHORT DRIFTS,ADITS, AND STOPES, (1880).
