SOME PRODUCTION REPORTED DURING 1933, 1934, 1935 AND SINCE LAST PRODUCTION WAS ONLY A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS, AND NO NEW ORE WAS FOUND, WORK WAS ABANDONED AND EQUIPMENT REMOVED. MINE PRODUCED OVER $20,000 IN GOLD AND SILVER 1932-35; MINOR COPPER AND LEAD. AGRICULTURAL PATENT OF 130 ACRES. LIES SOUTH OF THE BAY STATE MINE

Comment (Workings): VERTICAL SHAFT 900 FT., DRIFTS 600 FT. ON 300 FT. LEVEL, DRIFTS 600 FT. AND 1000 FT. CROSSCUT ADIT ON 500 FT. LEVEL, SOME DRIFTS AT 800 FT. LEVEL.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: QUARTZ VEIN RANGING FROM 2 1/2 TO 9 FT. IN THICKNESS CONTAINS PYRITE BEARING QUARTZ STRINGERS; SLATE HOST ROCK STRIKES NORTH ALONG A 1/2 MILE WIDE BELT; ORE VEIN EXPOSED IN ADIT IS AT CONTACT WITH SLATE HANGING WALL, GREENSTONE FOOTWALL.
