Comment (Workings): CONTENTION CLAIM; 3 COMPARTMENT VERTICAL SHAFT - 325 FT. DEEP, LEVELS AT 160 AND 300 FT. ON 160 FT LEVEL, DRIFT SOUTH FOR 440 FT. TO SUBWAY VEIN WHICH STRIKES N 20 E, DIPS 65 W, 8 - 12 INCHES THICK. 300 FT. LEVEL, DRIFT SOUTH 110 FT, CROSSCUT DRIVEN NE FROM SHAFT 110 FT, WITH ADDITIONAL 100 FT. MABLE CLAIM; 140 FT. SHAFT, 80 FT OF DRIFTS AT BOTTOM. AT 40 FT. SULFIDE ORE ENCOUNTERED.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: FORMATION IS PRINCIPALLY QUARTZ MONZONITE, DIORITE, QUARTZITE AND ANDESITE. SERIES OF PARALLEL INTRUSIVE ANDESITE DIKES CUT QUARTZ MONZONITE, DIKES HAVE NORTHWARD TREND.
