Comment (Deposit): ORE MINERALS FORM SMALL REPLACEMENT BODIES ALONG FAULT ZONES IN METAMORPHIC ROCKS. TWO PARALLEL VEINS, 200 FT. APART CROP OUT ON SE SLOPE OF A NE TRENDING RIDGE. ORE BODY 2 - 27 FT. THICK, THICKEST AT INTERSECTION OF VEIN WITH CROSS FRACTURE.

Comment (Workings): VEIN TO NE; EXPLORED BY SURFACE CUTS AND TWO SHORT ADITS 150 FT. APART, 70 FT. DIFFERENCE IN ELEVATION. LOWER ADIT 90 FT. LONG, UPPER ADIT DRIVEN S 70 W FOR 50 FT. VEIN TO SW; EXPLORED BY DRIFT ADIT 50 FT. LONG. PREVIOUS WORKINGS TOTALED 750 FT.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: ROCKS IN AREA ARE ARCHEAN METAMORPHICS ONE DEPOSIT IS ASSOCIATED WITH A QUARTZ-SPINEL ROCK WHICH GRADES INTO A QUARTZ - SPINEL - SERICITE. SCHIST. NORTHERN AREA, BASALT LOCALLY OVERLIES THE METAMORPHIC ROCKS.
