Comments

Comment (Location): ADJOINS COPPERSIDE MINE

Comment (Deposit): AVERAGE CU CONTENT HIGHEST IN DISTRICT ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT

Comment (Geology): SHEAR ZONE CUTS ACROSS THE DOLOMITE BEDDING AT DEPTH. ORIGINAL ORE WAS PROBABLY DOLOMITE BRECCIA SILICIFIED, WITH VEINS AND LENSES OF CHALCOPYRITE AND COBALT SULFIDE - BUT NO POSITIVE CONCLUSION CAN BE SAID, ORE IS COMPLETELY OXIDIZED. THE DOLOMITE IN & NEAR THE SHEAR ZONE CONTAINS COBALT OXIDE.
