Comment (Production): FIRST ACTIVE 1866 WHEN PRODUCTION WAS 200 CARLOADS PER DAY. 400' INCLINED ADIT DRIVEN 1866; NEW INCLINED ADIT AND MAIN DRIFT DRIVEN 1500' 1880-82; 800' ADIT DRIVEN 1884; 200' VERTICAL SHAFT AND 25' DRIFT 1892. MINE SHUT DOWN BEFORE 1900.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: ON THE KRAEMER CHANNEL. PAY STREAK 100' WIDE WAS STRUCK IN 1866. COARSE NUGGETS WERE FOUND IN THE GRAVEL. 6' OF BLUE CEMENTED GRAVEL TAPPED IN 1892.
