Comment (Deposit): ON CONTACT OF N END OF GRANODIORITE STOCK AND CALCAREOUS SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. THIN DISCONTINUOUS LENSES OF LIMESTONE- AND LIMEY HORNFELS ARE INTERBEDDED IN ARGILLACEOUS HORNFELS S-TRIKING GENERALLY N WITH RANDOM DIP E AND W WHERE TRUNCATED BY- THE INTRUSIVE. SMALL BODIES OF SCHEELITE-BEARING TACTITE WITH- LOCALLY ABUNDANT PYRITE OCCUR WHERE LIMY BEDS ARE IN CONTACT -WITH THE GRANODIORITE.THE OREBODY THAT WAS MINED FROM THE OPEN- PIT WAS ABOUT 5 FT WIDE, 80 FT LONG AND WAS MINED DOWN DIP AB-OUT 30 FT. ABOUT 600 TONS OF ORE THAT AVERAGED 0.87 % WO3 WERE- SHIPPED TO THE GETCHELL MILL IN 1954 AND ABOUT 525 UNITS WO3 -WERE RECOVERED. OTHER SMALL HIGH-GRADE PODS OF ORE MINED EARLI-ER YIELDED ABOUT 100 UNITS WO3.

Comment (Workings): OPEN PIT, SEVERAL PROSPECT CUTS, AND A SHORT ADIT
