Comment (Deposit): CLAIM LAPSED NO CURRENT OWNER. ON DELANGE MOUNTAIN A LAYERED GABBRO INTRUSSIVE IN AN EXPOSED THICKNESS OF 2,000 FT DISPLAY SYNFORMAL STRUCTURE. ALTHOUGH THE EXPOSURE REVEALS NEITHER TOP NOR BOTTOM CONTACT, LAYER ARE DELINEATED BY VARIATIONS IN COMPOSITION AND TEXTURE OF THE CONSTITUENT MINERALS. DURING THE CUMULUS PROCESS CONSIDERED TO HAVE CAUSUED THE LAYERING, RECRSTALLIZATION WITHIN THE GRADATIONAL ZONE OF THE SURROUNDING ROCK OCCURED. HORNBLENDE- PLAGIOCLASE PEGMATITES FORMED IN THE GABBRO NEAR THE CONTACT. MAGNETITE OCCURS THROUGHOUT THE PEGMATITE BUT TENDS TO BE CONCENTRATED NEAR THE LARGER HORNBLENDE AND PLAGIOCLASE CRYSTALS. PLACED CHIP SAMPLES WERE ASSAYED AND SHOWED > 10% FE , > 1% TI & CU 150-500 PPM. TI VALUES MAY BE MUCH HIGHER UPPER DETECTION LIMIT 1%.
