Comment (Deposit): WATER MUST BE OBTAINED FROM WELLS AND 17 KM OF POWER LINES MUST BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE ACCESS ROAD CORRIDOR. THE PRESENT ACCESS ROAD IS INADEQUATE AND MUST BE IMPROVED LABOR IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MINE SITE AND MUST COMMUTE FROM GABBS, NEVADA. ESTIMATED EMPLOYMENT WOULD BE 125 PEOPLE. SHARON STEEL OWNS 9,009 HA; 6,677 HA ARE HELD BY UNPATENTED CLAIMS; 2,422 HA ARE HELD BY A LEASE OPTION AGREEMENT FROM PALOSKY EXPLORATION INC. THE LEASE OPTION AGREEMENT CALLS FOR A 5 PERCENT ROYALTY PAYMENT ON NET SMELTER RETURNS LESS $244,000 IN ADVANCED ROYALTY PAYMENTS. A 15 PERCENT DILUTION FACTOR WAS USED. FEED TO THE MILL IS 2,198,737 T/YR CONTAINING 1,868,926 T/YR ORE AND 329,811 T/YR DILUTION WASTE (329,811 T/YR/2,198,737 T/YR = .15).
