The satellite view offers a quick glimpse as to whether the MRDS location corresponds to visible mine remains.

Comments
Comment (Geology): THE ORE BODIES LIE IN BRECCIA ZONES PARALLEL TO SUBPARALLEL TO THE BEDDING. BEDDING STRIKES NORTHWARD, AND DIPS BETWEEN N10E IN THE EAST TO N10 W IN THE WEST DUE TO THE BROAD ANTICLINE.
Comment (Geology): HYDROZINCITE IS AT LEAST AS ABUNDANT AS CALAMINE. DESCLOISITE (A VANADATE) OCCURS LOCALLY, AS DOES CINNABAR. THE LATTER FORMS THIN COATS ON GALENA IN PLACES.
Comment (Reserve-Resource): THE AVERAGE VANADIUM CONTENT IS UNKNOWN, BUT 27 TONS OF V205 ORE ASSAYING 7.8 PCT WAS MINED IN THE SOUTH END OF THE NO. 3 WORKINGS. THE MAIN VANADIUM MINERAL IS DESCLOISITE.
