Comments

Comment (Deposit): THE NORWICH IS ONE OF 39 BUTTE MN DEPOSITS. A COMPLETE EVALUATION OF THE MN DISTRICT IS AVAILABLE UNDER SEQ NO. 0300930224. THE TONNAGE PRESENT IN THE NORWICH WAS NOT USED IN THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF BUTTE MN BECAUS OF INSUFFICIENT ASSAY DATA ON PRIMARY COPRODUCTS (ZN,PB AG). FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS ADVISED. EXTENDS WEST INTO THE MAPLETON CLAIM AND POSSIBLY FARTHER INTO THE GREAT REPUBLIC CLAIM. THE NORWICH VEIN ENDS TO THE EAST AGAINST THE EXTENSIVE RHYOLITE OUTCROP THAT SURROUNDS BIG BUTTE.
