Comment (Geology): Geologic Description = The country rocks in the area of this occurrence are Upper Jurassic or Lower Cretaceous metagraywacke cut by Lower Tertiary? granite. The occurrence is described as copper-rich. Samples contain 38 ppm copper, 12 ppm lead, and 71 ppm zinc (Balen, 1990: OFR 34-90).
