The Unnamed (south of lower Butte Creek) is a copper mine located in Alaska.
About the MRDS Data:
All mine locations were obtained from the USGS Mineral Resources Data System. The locations and other information in this database have not been verified for accuracy. It should be assumed that all mines are on private property.
Mine Info
Satelite View
MRDS mine locations are often very general, and in some cases are incorrect. Some mine remains have been covered or removed by modern industrial activity or by development of things like housing. The satellite view offers a quick glimpse as to whether the MRDS location corresponds to visible mine remains.

Comments
Comment (Deposit): Model Name = Cyprus massive sulfide (Cox and Singer, 1986; model 24a)
Comment (Geology): Geologic Description = The area of this occurrence is ubderlain by Middle or Upper Triassic Nikoli Greenstone, Middle Triassic to Upper Pennsylvanian metasedimentary rocks, and numerous diabasic and gabbroic dikes and sills (Wilson and others, 1998). The occurrence is near a thrust fault that separates the two bedded units, and consists of pyrite and chalcopyrite disseminated in the metasedimentary rocks (Saunders, 1961).
Comment (Workings): Workings / Exploration = Surface sampling only.
Comment (Exploration): Status = Inactive
Comment (Geology): Age = the sulfide minerals probably are syngenetic with their Triassic-Upper Pennsylvanian host rocks.
Comment (Reference): Primary Reference = Saunders, 1961
