Comment (Reference): Primary Reference = U.S. Bureau of Mines, 1980

Comment (Geology): Geologic Description = A block of 22 claims was staked in 1972 and 1973; apparently not active since (U.S. Bureau of Mines, 1980). Rocks in the vicinity consist of augite-bearing flows, volcanic breccia, tuff, graywacke, phyllite, and slate of the Jurassic-Cretaceous Stephens Passage Group (Brew, 1997 [OF 97-156-A]). There is no other geologic information available about this site.
