Comment (Commodity): Noranda found porphyry molybdenum mineralization up to ore grade on the SE side of the stock by drilling in 1981.

Comment (Geology): A Tertiary sodic granite-quartz monzonite porphyry stock intrudes Precambrian rocks and an earlier Tertiary granodiorite at Porphyry Mountain.

Comment (Location): Under SE side of Porphyry Mountain, 1/2 mile north of Jamestown, in sec. 19, T2N, R71W.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): Estimated 400 million lb MoS2.
