Comment (Workings): 100 FT. DEEP VERTICAL SHAFT AND TWO PITS ON E-W STRIKING MINERALIZED QUARTZ VEIN; SOUTH OF THE SHAFT AND PITS, SEVEN SCATTERED PITS, CLOSE TO THE ROAD, ON QUARTZ STRINGERS. THE ADIT MARKED ON THE USGS 7.5 MIN. GOLD HILL QUAD WAS SEARCHED FOR, BUT NOT LOCATED.
