Comments
Comment (Location): Political location in record is Judith Basin county. However, lat/long plots in non-adjacent Park county. Original coordinates are lat/long NAD27 46-5-N 110-37-W (46.08333 -110.61667); UTM N E Z; PLSS Meridian- Montana Principal, 015N, 009E, Sect , Sect_fract . PLSS loc is in Judith Basin county, but lacks section information. Center of T15N R9E is 47 03 14N, 110 34 39W, a difference of 1 deg 2 minutes lat, 3 minutes long. Reporter probably meant to type 47 deg N instead of 46. Lat/long so changed using WGS84 datum. PLSS is assumed correct because it agrees with county name and now agrees with lat/long. Section 5 was added based on new lat/long. No UTM coords present.
Comment (Deposit): LAT. AND LONG. ARE GENERAL FOR AREA
