Comments
Comment (Workings): Developments include 4 adits, 2 in ore, 1 is 155' long.
Comment (Location): Original NAD27 lat/long 48-25N 118-50W plotted in Ferry county. The political location in the record is said to be Okanogan county. Mindat.org has much information for this site but it look like it was all copied from MRDS. Both the mindat.org PLSS coordinates (NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 section 12, T33N-R31E) and lat/long coordinates (48?22'34"N , 118?52'40"W) plot in Okanogan county. However, they disagree by 1100m. The location description is said to be on Castle Mountain. Geonames has no entry for Mountain Boy in Okanagan county, and the only entry for Castle Mountain is in Pierce county, many miles away. No geonames entry for Park City district in Washington. However, MRDS shows 4 other records in Park City district, Okanogan county, WA, all lat/longs are in the same vicinity. The mindat.org lat/long was substituted for the original coordinates, but should be checked against the plss location in the references.
