IDAHO AND VALLEY VIEW VEINS BELIEVED TO BE EXTENSIONS FROM THOSE NAMED PROPERTIES AND TREND NNW; IDAHO VEIN DIPS STEEPLY NE TO VERTICAL, 0.5 TO 3.5 FT WIDE, AND CONSISTS OF OPEN BRECCIA IN PLACES CONTAINING QUARTZ AND SULFIDES. LITTLE LA PLATA VEIN TRENDS GENERALLY N 22 TO 25 E, 65 TO 80 NW AND LIES IN 1- TO 5-FT-WIDE FRACTURE ZONE CONTAINING 3 INCHES TO 3 FT OF QUARTZ, SIDERITE, AND SULFIDES.

AT 180 FT FROM PORTAL, 185-FT RAISE DRIVEN ON LITTLE LA PLATA VEIN TO UPPER LEVEL WHICH IS 425-FT DRIFT DRIVEN N 23 E, WITH 10-FT RAISE AT 285 FT. AT 70 FT IN FIRST RAISE IS 500-FT CROSSCUT DRIVEN EAST TO IDAHO VEIN, WITH 100-FT RAISE ON VEIN AT 430 FT. ALSO FROM 185-FT RAISE IS INTERMEDIATE LEVEL DRIVEN NE ON LITTLE LA PLATA VEIN FOR 70 FT. OTHER WORKINGS INCLUDE SHORT CROSSCUT AND DRIFT TUNNELS, SHAFTS, AND OPEN CUTS.
