Comments
Comment (Geology): LIMESTONE FAULTED INTO ANDESITE ON 3 SIDES, EAST CONTACT STRIKES N - S, DIPS 75 W, SOUTH CONTACT STRIKES N 60 W, WEST CONTACT STRIKES N 20 E.
Comment (Location): USBM LONGITUDE IS INCORRECT (112-08-24W)
Comment (Deposit): TWO DEPOSITS ARE DESCRIBED: WITHIN LIMESTONE BLOCK THE BARITE OCCURS AS DISSEMINATIONS AND VEINLETS ALONG FRACTURES ( 100 FT. X 60 FT. X 70 FT. ); WITHIN THE ANDESITE, TO THE NORTH OF THE LIMESTONE, BARITE OCCURS IN IRREGULAR, DISCONTINUOUS, PARALLEL VEINS 2 FEET WIDE, 250 FEET LONG. MINERALIZATION IS LARGELY IN FAULT CONTACT BETWEEN LIMESTONE AND ANDESITE.
