Comments
Comment (Production): NEVADA CHROME MINED A FEW HUNDRED TONS OF THE DISSEEMINATED ORE IN 1918, AND SHIPPED TO MILL FOR CONCENTRATION. PROBABLY NOT MORE THAN 25 LONG TONS OF CONCENTRATE, CONTAINING ABOUT 36 PERCENT CR2O3 WAS MADE FROM THE ORE IN THIS DEPOSIT; THE EXACT AMOUNT WAS NOT KNOWN AS THE MILL DID NOT MAKE SEPARATE REPORTS.
Comment (Workings): SHAFT, 30 FT. DEEP.
Comment (Deposit): THE ORE BODY WAS REPORTED TO BE AT LEAST 6 FT. WIDE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT, AND MAY HAVE BEEN WIDER. THE DISSEMINATED ORE CONTAINED ABOUT 10 PERCENT CR2O3; THE SMALL "BUNCHES" 36 PERCENT.
