Comment (Deposit): NEAR THE SURFACE A SMALL ORE BODY APPROX 6 FEET THICK HAS BEEN MINED OUT.

Comment (Workings): SMALL STOPES. WATER IN WORKINGS THE OK SHAFT IS AN INCLINE WITH AN AVERAGE INCLINATION OF 34 DEG AND MEASURES 385 FT FROM COLLAR TO BOTTOM. THE OK MINE IS NEAR THE NW BOUNDARY OF THE KEYSTONE PROPERTY AND 1800 FT SE OF THE REPUBLIC SHAFT. AT A DEPTH OF 330 FT ALONG THE INCLINE, THE SHAFT INTERSECTED A STEEP NW STRIKING VEIN, 1-4 INCHES THICK. THIS VEIN HAS BEEN EXPLORED BY A DRIFT 150 FT LONG AND A WINZE 10 FT DEEP.

Comment (Geology): GEOL.DESC: SMALL FISSURES AND FAULTS ARE MINERALIZED. REPLACEMENT OCCURS IN LIMESTONE BEDS. POCKETS OF IRON OXIDE ARE FOUND IN CONJUNCTION WITH OXIDIZED COPPER MINERALS.
