Comments
Comment (Deposit): ORE ZONE IS 60CM TO 1M ZONE OF SILICIFIED DIKE ROCK AT FOOTWALL SIDE OF DIKE. FOOTWALL SIDE OF ONE ZONE IS ARGILLITE. ORE ZONE IS SHOT THROUGH WITH ANASTAMOSING QUARTZ STRINGERS TO SEVERAL CM WIDE, WITH GALENA (GENERALLY NEAR CENTER OF STRINGER), MINOR PYRITE, AND MINOR CU SILICATE PLUS AZURITE (OR CHALCANTHITE?). YELLOW-BROWN LIMONITE PATCHY THROUGHOUT ORE ZONE, SUGGESTING WHOLE ZONE MAY HAVE HAD SOME PYRITE BEFORE OXIDATION. ON DUMP IS SOME WHITE CALCITE VEIN MATERIAL - CALCITE STRINGERS CUT QUARTZ; ALSO SOME BRECCIA; QUARTZ -CEMENTED AND VEINED, WITH GALENA, PYRITE, AND PALE YELLOW-GREEN TO BROWN SPHALERITE. GALENA IS BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT SULFIDE HERE. ALTHOUGH MAIN SHAFT APPEARS TO BE STOPED, NOT CERTAIN IF THIS IS A MINE OR A PROSPECT. ; INFO.SRC : 3 FIELD OBSERV
Comment (Production): UNKNOWN, IF ANY PRODUCTION.
Comment (Workings): INCLINED SHAFT AND SURFACE STOPES, SEVERAL PITS.
