NOTE: THIS AREA WAS FIELD CHECKED BY BUREAU OF MINES PERSONNEL IN 1992; THIS SITE COULD NOT BE LOCATED. THE LOCATION, AS GIVEN IN THE CITED REFERENCE, IS PLACED AT THE FOREST SERVICE GUARD STATION IN THE E/2 SEC. 30, T. 17 N., R. 3 W. HOWEVER, THE SITE COULD POSSIBLY BE UNDER ONE OF THE HORNET CREEK CREEK RESERVOIRS IN N/2 SEC. 20.
