Comment (Production): UNKNOWN PRODUCTION 1893 TO 1900. 1901 TO 1908, PRODUCTION WAS 907,402 POUNDS COPPER, 14,1103 POUNDS SILVER, 1628 TONS.

Comment (Development): OPERATED BY CANYON COPPER CO FROM 1901 TO 1908. WILLAIM RANDOLPH HEARST PURCHASED THE BELOW RIM PROPERTY IN 1913. ; ECON.COM: ORE WAS HAULED BY MULE TO THE TOP OF THE CANYON.

Comment (Geology): PRESENCE OF KAOLINITE AND FULLY HYDRATED ZEUNERITE SUGGESTS FORMATION TEMPERATURE UNDER 70 DEGREES C.
