Comments

Comment (Geology): ALTERATION & MINERALIZATION ARE IN BOTH LIMESTONE AND QUARTZ PORPH YRY. THE LIMESTONE IS SILICATED & SEEMS TO CARRY MOST OF THE SULFIDES. THE QUARTZ PORPHYRY IS CUT BY PYRITE VEINLETS. PYRITIC ALTERATION IS DISSEMINATED ERRATICALLY IN THE GENERAL AREA. NOT MUCH SERICITE & ONLY OCCURS IN QUARTZ PORPHYRY. CHALCOPYRITE APPEARS INTEROGINOUS WITH HEM ATITE. UNCERTAIN IF HEMATITE IS AFTER MAGNETITE

Comment (Commodity): ORE CONTAINS ABOUT 4 OZ/T AG AND "APPRECIABLE" GOLD

Comment (Workings): 150 FT DEEP SHAFT AND SURFACE WORKINGS

Comment (Deposit): THIS REPORT REPRESENTS A MERGER OF ORIGINAL RECORD M050492 WITH RE CORD M030529 OF JAN WILT IN MOLYBDENUM FILE; CONTACT PERSON T.G. THEOD ORE, USGS ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV

Comment (Production): PRODUCED SPORADICALLY

Comment (Deposit): SULFIDES OCCUR AT 60 FT.
