Comments

Comment (Geology): TWO VEIN TYPES FOUND IN JARDINE LODES. QUARTZ VEINS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH QTZ. SCHISTS & QUARTZITES AND HAVE ERRATIC METAL CONTENTS. ARSENOPYRITE VEINS ASSOC. WITH THE CUMMINGTONITE - HAVE CONSISTENT GOLD CONTENT AND HIGH TENOR.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): ESTIMATION OF RESERVES EXTREMELY DIFFICULT OWING TO STRUCTURAL COMPLEXITY AND ERRATIC DISTRIBUTION OF VALUES. ABOVE FIGURE IS COMBINED MEASURED & INDICATED RESERVES.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): REED SUGGESTS SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL RESOURCES BUT DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE DUE TO COMPLEX STRUCTURE OF DEPOSIT.

Comment (Location): U.T.M. MEASUREMENTS ON UPPERMOST SHAFT

Comment (Production): TOTAL GOLD PRODUCTION PRIOR TO 1902 ESTIMATED TO BE MORE THAN 50,000 TOZ (USGS BULL. 1391-B). USING THIS FIGURE WOULD GIVE A TOTAL GOLD PRODUCTION OF OVER 200,000 TOZ. TUNGSTEN IN HIGH-GRADE PODS.

Comment (Development): PROPERTY BEING DEVELOPED (1975-76) BY ANACONDA MINING COMPANY. WORK INCLUDES SAMPLING AND DRILLING.

Comment (Workings): LODES DEVELOPED BY OVER 30 ADITS AND 4 MAIN CUTS. THERE ARE AT LEAST 6 MAJOR VEINS - IRREGULARLY SPACED WITHIN THE LODES - FORMING AN EN ECHELON PATTERN. THEY VARY FROM A FEW CM TO 5 M WIDE.
