Comments

Comment (Reserve-Resource): THE ABOVE RESERVE FIGURE WAS OBTAINED FROM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY DURING A FIELD VISIT ON MAY 18, 1982. THE OWNE CONSIDERS THE ABOVE FIGURE RELIABLE RESERVES ESTIMATED FROM DRILL DATA AND EXPLORATION OF THE EXISTING MINE WORKINGS. THE ABOVE ESTIMATE HAS BEEN INFERRED BY THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY, AND IS BASED ON LIMITED DATA. FURTHER DRILLING IS NEEDED BEFORE THE RELIABILITY OF THIS FIGURE CAN BE CONFIRMED. THE GRADE SHOWN FOR AU HAS BEEN ROUNDED; IT IS ACTUALLY 0.00154

Comment (Deposit): THIS STRIKE AND DIP SHOWN IS ONLY ONE OF SEVERAL DIFFERENT ATTITUDES OF THE OREBODIES. OTHER STRIKE AND DIPS INCLUDE N50-56E, 50-70SE; N70-75E, 50-60SE; E, 40S; AND N80W, 55SW.

Comment (Economic Factors): THERE WILL BE NO WASTE OR SURFACE MATERIAL EXCAVATED AT THE PROPERTY, ACCORDING TO THE OWNER. MOST OF THE ORE COMPRISES TWO SMALL MOUNTAINS. A THIN LAYER OF ALLUVIUM IS PRESENT AT SEVERAL LOW AREAS, BUT SOME ADDITIONAL GRADING DURING ROAD CONSTRUCTION WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO REMOVE THIS MATERIAL. IR THE ORE RESERVES IN Q-MATRIX 2 ARE CONFIRMED, LONGHOLE STOPING WILL PROBABLY BE EMPLOYED FOR MINING MOST OF THE ORE
