Comment (Deposit): Workings consist of three trenches

Comment (General): Long's list of Significant Deposits OFR-98-206.

Comment (Geology): Classed as a sedimentary exhalative Zn-Pb-Ag deposit (USGS OFR 98-206), and as a stratabound sulfide deposit (USGS Map I-1971).

Comment (Production): Unknown, but probably none or very small.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): Exploration drilling from 1988 to 1991 defined a resource of 330,000 tons averaging 12.3% zinc plus lead, and an additional 440,000 tons averaging 4.7% zinc plus lead. (USBM MLA Report 13-94) Another source (Minerals Yearbook, 1991) says 783,000 tons of 7% zinc plus copper, lead, and silver, in addition to 328,000 tons of 12.3% zinc and lead.
