Comment (Workings): WORKINGS CONSIST OF TWO ADITS, 240 AND 30 FT LONG; A 75-FT SHAFT DRIVEN TO INTERSECT THE FACE OF LARGER ADIT, AND SOME SMALL PROSPECT PITS. THE MAIN ADIT INTERSECTED A 10-FT-WIDE FAULT ZONE STRIKING N. 8 W., DIP 70 SW. HOST ROCK ALTERED VOLCANIC ROCK. MINERALS IDENTIFIED WERE PYRITE AND ARSENOPYRITE SIXTEEN SAMPLES HAD GENERALLY LOW GOLD VALUES WITH A HIGH VALUE 4,540 PPB GOLD. LOW CONCENTRATIONS FOR OTHER METALS, BUT HIGH MERCURY ANOMALIES.
