Comment (Production): IN 1960 THIS MINE WAS CONNECTED TO 3 OTHER MINES: OPHIR, FOX BLUEBIRD. PRODUCTION DATA FROM 1938 TO 1969 IS AVAILABLE IN THE BACKUP MINE LOCATED ON DOLORES BENCH, 6 MILES N.W. OF URAVAN. THE M IS DEVELOPED THROUGH AN ADIT ABOUT 5600 FT IN ALTITUDE,WHICH DRIVEN INTO THE RIM ABOUT 35FT BELOW A FLAT BENCH FORMED BY UPPER SALT WASH SANDSTONE. THE ADIT IS ABOUT 200 FT BELOW TH RIM AND ABOUT 700 FT ABOVE THE DOLORES RIVER.
