AT THE TIME OF THE DMEA REPORT, THERE HAD BEEN NO PROD FROM THE CLAIMS WHICH WERE THEN CONTROLLED BY SIMPSOM MINING AND ASSOCIATES. THE CLAIMS ARE LOCATED ON THE 7-1/2 MINUTE M HAMM CANYON ; ARE IN THE SLICK ROCK MINING DISTRICT, AND ARE SECS. 8 AND 9, T. 43 N., R. 18 W., N.M.P.M. MILLS ARE LOCATE MONTICELLO, UTAH, NATURITA AND URAVAN, COLO., WITH RESPECTIV TANCES OF 49, 48, AND 60 MILES FROM THE CLAIMS. INCLUDED IN DMEA REPORT ARE LOCATION, CLAIM, AND GEOLOGIC MAPS. BASED ON ABLE LOCATION, THE DMEA REPORT CONCLUDED FURTHER EXPLORATION BE JUSTIFIED.
