Comments

Comment (Deposit): THE ORE OCCURS IN NUMEROUS VEINS, FISSURES, AND IRREGULAR DEPOSITS HAVING VARIABLE ATTITUDES AND DIMENSIONS.

Comment (Economic Factors): THE METHOD OF MINING IS MERELY THE LOADING AND HAULING OF ORE FROM EXISTING SURFACE DUMPS. THE SURFACE MINE COSTS ARE SHOWN AS ZERO IN THIS SET. ACTUALLY, SMALL SURFACE OPERATING AND CAPITAL COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE UNDERGROUND MINE COSTS. THE UNDERGROUND COSTS ARE THE TOTAL EXPENDITURES FOR THE ENTIRE SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND MINE OPERATIONS.

Comment (Reserve-Resource): THE RESERVES WERE ESTIMATED FROM DATA PROVIDED BY THE TEXASGULF STAFF CURRENTLY OPERATING THE MINE. MATRIX 1 REPRESENTS ESTIMATED IN SITU UNDERGROUND ORE RESERVES. MATRIX 2 IS THE ESTIMATED RESERVES CONTAINED IN SURFACE DUMPS.

Comment (Production): ACTUAL MILL RECOVERIES ARE 72.5% FOR GOLD AND 66.1% FOR SILVER.
