Comments
Comment (Deposit): SINCE THE DOMESTIC STEEL INDUSTRY IS ALMOST TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON FOREIGN IMPORTS OF MANGANESE, THE PROPERTY COULD BE DEVELOPED AT A SUBSIDIZED PRICE IN THE EVENT OF A CRITICAL SUPPLY SHORTAGE. MANGANESE-BEARING MATERIAL UNDERLIES A 25-SQUARE-MI AREA IN THE VALLEY BETWEEN THE ARTILLERY AND RAWHIDE MOUNTAINS.
Comment (Reserve-Resource): THE RESERVE FIGURE WAS CALCULATED USING THE TRIANGLE METHOD OF ORE RESERVE ESTIMATION.
Comment (Geology): OTHER IRON OXIDES ARE ALSO PRESENT.
