ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM DMEA REPORT, DOCKET NO. DATE OF REPORT IS 1952. AT THAT TIME THE MINE WAS CONTROLLE VELMA AND J.B. CROWLEY. THE AREA IS ON THE 7-1/2 MINUTE MAP WAAS 4 NE AND IS IN THE BEAVER CREEK MINING DISTRICT. INCLUDED IN THE DMEA REPORT ARE LOCATION AND MINE MAPS.
