Comment (Deposit): THE EXPLORATION PROGRAM CONSISTING OF DRILLING, MAPPING, AND GEOPHYSICS WAS COMPLETED ON THE KING OF KINGS PROPERTY SITUATED IN ALDER GULCH. MINERALIZATION IN THE KEARSARGE ZONE (WHICH STRADDLES THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN KING OF KINGS AND HANOVER GOLD CO.) CONSISTS OF FREE AU IN HIGH GRADE, STRATA- BOUND LODES AND LOWER, BULK MINEABLE ENVELOPES. THE KEAR- SARGE ZONE IS ALSO BEING EXPLORED BY HANOVER GOLD CO. BASED ON PREVIOUS DRILLING BY KENNECOTT, HANOVER PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED A RESOURCE OF 0.4 MILLION OZ ON THEIR PART OF THE KEARSARGE ZONE.
Comment (Reserve-Resource): PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ON THE KEARSARGE-APEX SHEAR ZONE IS FOR AN OPEN PIT TO EXPLOIT AN ESTIMATED 600,000 OZ GRADING 0.10 PER ST ORE. TOTAL ESTIMATED RESOURCE IN THE ALDER GULCH AREA IS 1.6 MILLION OZ
