Comment (Deposit): PERMITTING IS UNDERWAY AND A FULL FEASIBILITY STUDY IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF 1995. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT PRODUCTION WOULD FOLLOW WITHIN 12 TO 18 MONTHS. THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WAS APPROVED AND CERTIFIED IN LATE OCT. 1995. THE USE PERMIT, REQUIRED TO DEWATER THE BRUNSWICK SHAFT, WHICH WILL ALLOW CORE DRILLING AND FURTHER EXPLORATION WAS RECEIVED IN JAN. 1996. IN ANTICIPATION OF RECEIVING THE USE PERMIT, COMPANY HAS ESSENTIALLY COMPLETED STUDIES OF THE PUMP DESIGNS, ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS, HOIST, HEADFRAME AND OTHER NEEDS FOR THE DEWATERING AND SHAFT REHABILITATION.
