AT THE TIME DMEA REPORT, 1954, THE CLAIMS WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE GATEW ING DISTRICT WERE CONTROLED BY THE PAYROCK URANIUM CO., INC. COLORADO. INCLUDED IN THE DMEA REPORT WAS A LOCATION MAP. AC TO THE DMEA REPORT, THE PAYROCK CLAIMS PRODUCED 1030 TONS OF AVERAGING .27% U308 AND 1.51% V205 IN THE PERIOD FROM 1949 T 1954. THE DMEA REPORT STATED THAT UNTIL A GEOLOGICAL MAP WIT DRILLING DATA WAS SUBMITTED, NO ASSISTANCE WOULD BE LENT. HO IT WAS ALSO STATED THAT GEOLOGIC CONDITIONS OF THE PAYROCK C MAY BE FAVORABLE FOR THE OCCURRENCE OF URANIUM-BEARING DEPOS
