NO MAXIMUM CONTAMINANT LEVELS WERE EXCEEDED IN THE ADIT DISCHARGE. AN UNNAMED TRIBUTARY FLOWED THROUGH THE SITE AND DISCHARGED INTO THE SOUTH BOULDER RIVER. OBSERVED RELEASES TO THE SOUTH BOULDER RIVER (SEDIMENT) WERE DOCUMENTED FOR ARSENIC AND COPPER. POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARDS IDENTIFIED AT THE SITE INCLUDED ONE OPEN SHAFT AND TWO OPEN ADITS.
