U OCCURS ON THE MISERY MINE CLAIMS DISSEMINATED THROUGH SEDIME ROCKS OF TERTIARY AGE, ON THE JOE AND BOB CLAIMS IT OCCURS I TIARY VOLCANIC ROCKS, AND ON THE RED HILL CLAIMS IN SMALL PO BIOTITE-MICROCLINE ROCK IN A PRECAMBRIAN GNEISS SEQUENCE.
