Comment (Workings): PRINCIPAL WORKINGS DURING THE 1940'S CONSISTED OF THE NO. 3 SHAFT WHICH WAS 820 FT. DEEP AND CONTAINED ABOUT 5000 FT. OF DRIFTS ON FIVE WORKING LEVELS. ADDITIONAL WORKINGS INCLUDED MANY SHALLOW SHAFTS, SEVERAL ADITS, AND NUMEROUS PROSPECT PITS AND SMALL OPEN CUTS.
