Comment (Location): LOCATION IS ESTIMATED FROM MCLEMORE'S (1983) DATA. ; INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1979)

Comment (Deposit): ANDERSON (1980) REPORTS NO MINERALIZATION IS PRESENTAT THE MINES. THERE IS A CARBONACEOUS SHALE ZONE IS EXPOSED FOUR FOOT ABOVE THE PORTAL OF THE ADIT.

Comment (Geology): THE DEPOSIT OCCURS IN THE WESTWATER CANYON AND BRUSHY BASIN MEMBERS OF THE MORRISON FORMATION.

Comment (Workings): THERE IS A 20-FT ADIT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE CANYON AND A 100-FT LONG BENCH CUT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CANYON.
