Comment (Development): URANIUM WAS DISCOVERED IN 1950, AND BERYLLIUM IN MARCH 1961 BY C.R. SEWELL GEOLOGIST OF DOW CHEM. CO. DOW NEGOTIATED LEASE OPTIONS WITH OWNERS AND CONDUCTED MAPPING, TRENCHING & DRILLING FROM MARCH TO AUGUST 1961.

Comment (Workings): BULLDOZER WORK CONSISTING OF TRENCHES, ROADS, AND DRILL SITE PREPARATION WAS COMPLETED IN AUG. 1961. FIFTEEN HOLES WERE DRILLED WITH A TOTAL FOOTAGE OF 2,930 FT
