Comments

Comment (Deposit): THIS ENTRY REPRESENTS A NUMBER OF INDIVIDUAL DEPOSITS SCATTERED OVER A FAIRLY LARGE AREA. THE AREA EXTENDS FROM GILA COUNTY INTO MARICOPA COUNTY. ELEVATION VARIES FROM ABOUT 3000 TO 4000 FT. THE USGS MRDS ID NUMBERS THAT COVER THIS AREA INCLUDE M055104, M055108, M055112, M055102, M055133, M055103, M001905, M055122, M055113, M055117, M055115, M055116, AND M055118. BECAUSE OF THE SPORADIC NATURE OF THESE DEPOSITS AND THEIR LOW GRADE, NO SYSTEMATIC DRILLING PROGRAM HAS EVER BEEN UNDERTAKEN TO PROVE THE RESERVES. THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF THE MINERALIZATION ARE VARIABLE. THE THICKNESS IS LESS THAN 2000 FT. STRIKE AND DIP ARE VARIABLE.

Comment (Geology): THE TENNANTITE IS MERCURIAL.
