Comment (Deposit): DEPOSITS OCCUR AS FRACTURE FILLINGS, WALL ROCK REPLACEMENTS AND IRREGULAR BEDDING REPLACEMENTS IN OR NEAR FAULT ZONES AND ALONG GENTLY FOLDED BEDDING PLANES. TEN UNPATENTED CLAIMS MINERAL SURVEY NO. 1464 COVERING 184.898 ACRES.

Comment (Workings): WORKINGS REPORTED IN 1961 CONSISTED OF AN OPENCUT 100 FT IN LENGTH AND 15 FT DEEP. OPEN STOPES, SEPARATED BY PILLARS, EXTEND WEST FROM THE NORTH HALF OF THE OPENCUT. OLDER WORKINGS FROM THE 1900'S ARE INACCESSIBLE BUT ESTIMATED AT 500 FT OF TUNNELS, ADITS, DRIFTS AND SHALLOW SHAFTS.

Comment (Production): MANGANESE PRODUCTION WAS REPORTED AS 233 LONG TONS OF CONCENTRATES AVERAGING 42.6% MN IN 1957 AND 770 LONG TONS OF SORTED ORE AVERAGING 33% MN IN 1958.
