Analytical Data: TWO COMPOSITE SAMPLES WERE ASSAYED BY THE USBM. ONE, REPRESENTING SIX SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM THE OUTCROP, CONTAINED 52.07% CAF2 AND 17.62% BASO4. THE OTHER, REPRESENTING THREE SAMPLES FROM THE 35 FT LEVEL, CONTAINED 46.14% CAF AND 28.56% BASO4.

Comment (Development): THE PROSPECT IS MADE UP OF ONE PATENTED CLAIM, THE RED CLOUD; AND ONE UNPATENTED CLAIM, THE CONQUERER NO. 9.

Comment (Deposit): MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN A BRECCIATED AND ALTERED SANDSTONE BODY THAT EXTENDS ACROSS THE COMMON BOUNDARY OF THE RED CLOUD AND CONQUERER NO. 9 CLAIMS. AN IRREGULAR FLUORSPAR BODY 65 FT BY 50 FT DEEP EXTENDS ABOUT 170 FT EAST-WEST. FLUORITE IS ASSOCIATED WITH QUARTZ, BARITE, CALCITE, SOME PYRITE, LIMONITE, BARYTOCELESTITE, AND THE RARE-EARTH MINERAL BASTNASITE. THE AVERAGE BASTINASITE CONTENT IS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 5% BY VOLUME AND ITS AREA OF MINERALIZATION EXTENDS BEYOND THE AREA OF FLUORITIZATION. THE FLUORITE ORE IS IN AN AGGREGATE OF FRAGMENTS OF DENSE FINE-GRAINED PURPLE FLUORSPAR AND ROCK IN A SOFT FE-STAINED MATRIX OF LOOSELY CEMENTED TINY FLUORITE CRYSTALS, GRANULATED BARITE, AND CLAY. THE MINERALIZED BRECCIATED ZONE LIES JUST WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF A NNW TRENDING FAULT AND AN ENE TRENDING FAULT. THE UPPER PORTION OF THE ORE BODY HAS BEEN ERODED AWAY.

Comment (Workings): THE ORE BODY IS DEVELOPED BY AN INCLINED SHAFT WITH LEVELS AT 35 AND 100 FT AND BY AN ADIT LEVEL AT THE ELEVATION OF THE SHAFT COLLAR.
