Comments

Comment (Location): ABOUT ONE MILE NW OF HOSA LODGE ALONG UNNAMED TRIBUTARY OF CLEAR CREEK ; INFO FROM LAND.ST :(1975)

Comment (Deposit): ORE MINERALS FORM MASSES AND SMALL GRAINS THROUGHOUT HORNBLENDE-ACTINOLITE-TREMOLITE SCHIST ENCLOSED IN QUARTZITIC GNEISS. MINERALIZATION APPARENTLY LATER THAN CRYSTALLIZATION OF AMPHIBOLES. DEPOSIT IS SIMILAR TO OTHER FRONT RANGE HYPOTHERMAL REPLACEMENTS OCCURRING IN ACTINOLITE SCHIST OR OTHER CA-RICH ROCKS NEAR EDGE OF LARGE GRANITIC MASS.

Comment (Workings): 50-FT TUNNEL HEADING NW

Comment (Deposit): MINE IS INCLUDED IN MALACHITE DISTRICT BECAUSE OF SIMILARITY OF ROCK TYPES AND TYPE OF MINERALIZATION. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
